**Job Title**: Recruitment Officer
**Salary**: £25,000 - 30,000
**Location**: Friars House, Coventry
**Hours**: 37.5 hrs per week
**Role Type**: Fixed term contract for 12 months

**What would you be doing?**
Working as part of a fantastic HR team at the heart of an expanding business this role will look after the full recruitment life cycle and other talent acquisition functionality for the business.
There will also be a requirement for detailed weekly and monthly reporting on various recruitment related metrics for senior stakeholders in the business.
- Manage all aspects of recruitment activity
- Advertise vacancies on various Job platforms
- Conduct applicant interviews
- CV searching, head hunting & booking screening interviews
- Setting up online tests and trials.
- Ensure full applicant onboarding support is provided
- Work closely with key stake holders to reduce vacancies
- Be accountable for the tracking and reporting of recruitment activity
- Answer & respond to recruitment enquiries.
- Develop and implement creative recruitment campaigns
- Research, plan and execute regular community events and recruitment activity

- Experience of working in a recruitment role

- Strong communicator with good networking skills and able to build strong positive relationships with a diverse group of people both internally and externally
- A proactive solution focussed hands on approach to overcome any problems, issues or challenges faced in the role
- Highly organised and time efficient
- Excellent oral, written communications skills as well as supreme attention to detail
- Ability to work in a rapidly expanding company to meet business objectives, whilst balancing autonomy and feedback to your line manager
- Demonstrable experience of using own initiative to innovate and deliver improvements
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with multiple competing deadlines
- Efficient in using office software packages, including Microsoft Office and bespoke CRM systems
- A clear understanding and working knowledge of confidentiality and data privacy requirements within the workplace
- Experience of communicating with and supporting individuals who may be considered vulnerable
- Good understanding of modern technology e.g Smartphones, tablets and laptops
- Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to collaborate with colleagues internally and externally and at all levels
- Forward thinking individual who can spot trends, issues surfacing before they become an issue

- Experience of working in or with Housing Associations and Not for Profit sector
- Experience of liaising with a wide range of internal and external partners

1. Submission of cover letter and CV. These will be considered for suitability to the role.
2. Completion of competency based interview with the Hiring Manager.
3. Completion of Second Interview and Presentation / Skills test.
4. Completion of Online numerical and verbal reasoning tests
