**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Support individuals in mobility and transportation, including driving to appointments if required.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and update care plans as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Monitor patients’ health status and report any changes to the supervising nurse or healthcare provider.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the overall well-being of patients.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents or clients.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with IT systems for maintaining patient records is advantageous.
- A valid driving licence is desirable for roles that require transportation of patients.
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
