syncreon part of DP World are recruiting an **Operations Administration Planner** for the **Lutterworth **sites based in Magna Park. We currently have two positions available with shift patterns as follows: 1) Monday to Friday: 12.30pm-8pm; 2) Monday to Friday 3.30pm-12am This role will involve varied administration support to coordinate our deliveries and stock management so strong attention to detail and highly accurate data entry are key requirements for this role.

**About the role**:

- Completion of all daily reports in a timely manner including all client / internal reports to ensure SLA’s are met or exceeded
- Ensure all daily/weekly reports are completed accurately and sent in a timely manner
- Liaise on a daily basis with all other departments
- Maintain weekly production files in conjunction with operations
- Ensure that client / internal queries are handled in-line with SLA
- Escalation point of contact for carrier and customer service related queries
- Other duties as assigned
- Work alongside the Continuous Improvement and Business Improvement teams to bring positive changes to the role

**Key Qualifications**
- Strong previous administration experience gained in a fast paced environment
- Key attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Ms Excel including knowledge of v-look ups/pivot tables
- Must be able to follow through on all assignments
- Meet deadlines consistently
- Strong office administration skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Professional, accurate and precise, ability to manage multiple tasks
