Assistant Team Manager for Children with Disabilities Team - £39 per hour NonStops client, a Local Authority in the West Midlands, is looking for an Assistant Team Manager to join their Children with Disabilities Team. You will provide assistance to theTeam Manager and support staff in the team, working closely with everyone to ensure that the right actions are taken at the right time, in the best interests of children and their families.You will play a key role in delivering high quality and effective services,which will really make a difference to disabled children and their families, giving them the support they need to develop essential life skills and achieve their goals.The local Authority is known for providing on going support to their staff to help maintainthe best possible environments for both the children and their staff and to ensure the staff are able to work to the best of their ability by creating less stressful work environments for them.
