**Role Overview**:
As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, lead and support the team, and ensure a memorable experience for every guest. Your responsibilities will include managing service standards, organizing staff schedules, and ensuring smooth, efficient service across the venue. This role is perfect for those with a passion for customer service, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to inspiring others in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate team members, fostering a positive and professional atmosphere
- Ensure excellent service standards across all areas, delivering a seamless guest experience
- Oversee daily operations, from opening and closing procedures to shift management
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and development to promote team growth and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring swift resolution of issues
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory management to optimize service delivery
- Collaborate with management and other departments to maintain service excellence during peak times

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality is an advantage, but a positive attitude and leadership skills are highly valued
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy setting
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on team support and growth
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and procedures
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
