**Bodyshop Supervisor**

**PAYE Rate: £35,000 - £40,000 p/a**

**The Role**:
As a Bodyshop Supervisor, you will be working on but not limited to:

- Looking after a team of automotive bodyshop staff
- Supervising and motivating a team of Bodyshop technicians
- Ensuring that targets and KPI’s are met whilst making sure that work is being completed to a high standard
- Supporting HR with staff absences, approving holidays, managing staff meetings and reviewing staff performance
- You will be skills-testing any potential new starters
- Complete any daily reports for the Operations Manager
- Ensure that the team complies with Health and Safety regulations

**What kind of person we are looking for?**:

- Minimum 2 years of previous supervisory experience
- Minimum 5 years of Bodyshop experience
- Must hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
- Strong communication skills
