We are seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our team in providing care and assistance to individuals in need. The role involves supporting clients at home and in the community. We have a vast amount of job vacancies, that cover a wide range of different shift patterns. There is something to suit everyone

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Help with mobility and transferring of clients, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Implement behaviour management strategies as required
- Support clients through understanding and patience
- Drive clients to appointments or outings when needed. A valid driving license, with your own vehicle and willingness to drive adapted vehicles is essential.
- Full in-depth training will be provided. Overtime is readily available for staff interested.
- **Registration with the SSSC and Disclosure Scotland's PVG scheme, are an essential requirement of this post. Applications for both will be made only after a conditional offer of employment is made.**_

- **Motherwell Area**:_
- Female support worker, 24 hour service with rolling rota. Must have a positive outlook and be familiar with moving and assisting.
- Male or Female Support worker, 2 x 24 hour shifts per week, supporting a service user who has his own vehicle and who enjoys attending various different clubs.
- Female support worker, 1 x 24 hour shift per week.
- Male Support, 2 x 24 hour shifts per week, supporting a young man with autism, who enjoys socialising in the local community.
- Male or Female support worker, 12-4pm, Monday - Thursday.
- Male or Female Support worker, 25 hours per week, Monday-Saturday, supporting a service user with autism, who is non-verbal. You must be outgoing, can think on your feet and be able to risk assess and find new suitable activities. Preferably someone fluent in French but this is not essential.
- Female Support worker, 20 hours per week, 10 am - 2 pm.
- Male or Female Support Worker, mainly Monday-Friday, supporting a young man with autism. You will need a good sense of humour and must be reliable. You will be expected to pick up weekend shifts if required, as well as holiday stays.
- **Bargeddie**:_
- Female support worker, Full time, 10.30 am -9 pm, 3 days per week.
- **Glenmavis/Airdrie Area**:_
- Female support worker, 9-5 pm and includes working alternate weekends
- Female support worker, 3pm -9pm, 3 days per week.
- Female Support worker, approx 18 hours per week (10 am - 4pm, 3 days per week, alternating weekends). Support and companionship for a female service user who loves to chat about her family and holidays.
- Female support worker, 10.30 am -2.30 pm, Monday - Friday.
- Male or Female support worker, 2 x 12 hour shifts per week.
- Male Support Worker, 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Experience in epilepsy is beneficial. Support for a young man who is outgoing, prefers structured days and enjoys swimming, trampolining and long walks.
- Male or Female Support worker, 12 hour shifts.
- **Coatbridge Area**:_
- Female support worker, support lady with MS. A good sense of humour is a must. Shift pattern is Week 1: Mon, Tues, Thurs and Week 2: Tues, Sat, Sun. Split shift, times are 9-2pm and then 5-8pm.
- Male or Female Support Worker, 12pm - 3pm, 5 days over 7. You will provide personal care and social support for someone, who has a keen interest in cars and is very sociable. Must be able to help out with household tasks and have basic cooking skills.
- **Shotts**:_
- Male or Female support worker, 16 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Ideally have experience working with individuals with autism
- **Cumbernauld**:_
- Male Support Worker, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, supporting a service user with autism
- **Weekend support**_
