**Client Support Analyst, Customer Support, Support Analyst**

My client an innovative Digital Agency, is in urgent need of a Client Support Analyst, Customer Support Analyst to join a busy client services team, acting as the 1st point of contact for an impressive client base

If you have previous experience working within a Digital Agency and are passionate about providing high-level customer service - Then this could be for you

The Client Support Analyst will take calls from a high-profile client list and will be responsible for logging tickets through Zendesk and making sure issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

As the Customer Support Analyst, you will be supporting users over the phone, so, as such, you’ll need some previous experience within a customer service position. We’re looking for a bright, inquisitive, Support Analyst - you don’t need to know everything,but ideally, you might have experience including:

- Experience working within the Digital industry
- Previous customer service experience, even if this isn’t from an IT setting
- Commercial 1st line Support experience would be a plus
- Any knowledge of Zendesk would be highly desired
- Awareness of CMS and E-commerce solutions
