**Responsibilities**
- To support senior HR leaders and HR business partners with implementing the HR agenda business wide
- Offer HR advice to managers and team leaders on site in line with the agreed HR agenda
- Assist with performance management tasks
- Provide support on all employee relations case work
- Support with compensation and benefits
- Work with senior leaders on succession planning and future proofing the organisation
**Skills**
**-**CIPD Level 3 as a minimum
- IT proficient and skilled with Microsoft office package
- Multi Site HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- Exceptional organisational skills
