**20-40 hours per week including weekends**

It doesn’t take much to make somebody smile. A warm greeting, helpful information and a welcoming smile of your own will do the trick for most people.

You’ll work at the front desk, and will be the first face most visitors see. As a host your role is to make customers feel comfortable, informed and listened to. You’ll get them to where they need to be, introduce them to the right people and make sure they’re comfortable and at ease. Whether it’s by making them drinks, showing them where they can sit down or asking about their day.

You’re probably the sort of person that gets chatting to people around you in a queue. You’ll need to be outgoing, friendly and genuinely interested in the people around you.

You’ll work at the Lookers Car Hub in Middlesbrough, a one stop shop where customers can: buy a quality used car, book in for repair work, recharge or refuel their car, and learn about the future of motoring. The Hub will stock around 300 cars, have an onsite workshop and loads of other resources for customers.
