This international retailer is searching for an IT Support Officer to support their store teams in the UK and Ireland. The company is going through a strong period of growth so as well on using your knowledge to support existing stores, you'll also be supportingon all of the new store set ups throughout the year. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
? Overseeing IT issues across the UK & Ireland retail estate, pushing to ensure resolutions are delivered as quickly as possible to stores and retail management.
? Fixing technical issues remotely for stores or if necessary organise on site third party support.
? Keeping track of open and closed tickets (issues raised) providing business updates and analysis monthly.
? Managing hardware devices across stores.
? Identifying improvements in service, root cause analysis and enhancements / structural issues that need addressing.
? Taking full responsibility for fibre / telephone lines and ensure vendors meet SLAs and no overcharges are received vs budget.
? Supporting with inductions for new starters within stores.
? Supporting with IT training workshops.

We are looking for an experienced IT support professional who has experience and an understanding of IT systems within a retail environment. You'll have the ability to support and advise users both in person and remotely, visiting the sites occasionally.You'll work well with change, being able to adapt quickly, bringing your innovative, proactive and solutions oriented mindset to good use.
