Fusion Resources are looking for a Customer Service Sales Representative for one of our long standing and well established manufacturing clients on the outskirts of Scarborough.

You will be manging new and existing stakeholder relations, providing excellent customer service, knowledge and recommendations of products with the aim to increase sales.

This is a permanent role with the company, offering stability and a generous salary of up to £26,000pa depending on experience. This is a Monday to Friday role, with an early finish every Friday. _This position will also require travelling abroad when required._
- This role is easily commutable from Scarborough, Bridlington, Malton and the surrounding areas._

**Key accountabilities**:

- Contacting existing and new customers to explain the advantages of buying the company’s products or services
- Maintaining excellent working relationships with existing customers
- Communicating with customers before and after a sale
- Quoting prices to customers as and when required
- Negotiating with customers and suppliers to achieve the best price for both the company and the customer
- Self-management of expenses, mileage and budget
- Responsible for own administration
- Delivering presentations for persuading customers to buy new products or services
- Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers
- Attending conferences to understand industry trends

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to sell products and services.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong networking skills to build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Proficiency in using smartphones and digital technologies to enhance communication.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategy, product demonstration and sales reports
- Public speaking skills.

**Desirable skills**:

- Duel or multi lingual. Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, German.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategy, product demonstration and sales reports.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
