We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and meticulous Attendance Officer to join our strong team within Hinde House Academy. It goes without saying that we will support you, develop you and above all welcome you into our vibrant, oversubscribed school.

**We are looking for an Attendance Officer** **who**:

- Has experience in the Arbor Management System attendance module, however this is not essential
- Has excellent oral and written communications skills
- Has comprehensive practical knowledge and understanding of attendance issues within an educational setting, the community we serve and in relation to other roles within the school.
- Has excellent keyboard and ICT skills, with good attention to detail
- Is a team player
- Has experience of working in an educational environment
- Has a good understanding of statutory attendance procedures and guidance
