**About The Role**:
**Please note that this vacancy is for 22 hours per week with a pro rata annual salary of £12,405.61.**

EKC Group are seeking an Estates Assistant to join the Group. As an Estates Assistant you will play an active key role in the Estates team, providing caretaking services across the college. The position covers a wide range of services normally associated with Estates functions.

In the role you will be responsible for carrying out unlock and lock duties of buildings, setting of intruder alarms before and after operational opening hours including weekends and will be a responsible key holder. You will also be part of the on-call team.
