We are recruiting a Part-Time Teaching Assistant for a Primary School in L5 ( Anfield ) to work with an immediate start

Milk Education are working with a primary school in Anfield. You will be supporting the children with their learning and development. This Teaching Assistant role will involve supporting the class teacher with the day-to-day running of the classroom. You will also be expected to work with groups of children and occasionally on a one-to-one basis as and when required.

Hours: 20 hours aweek

Your role & responsibilities:

- Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
- Be committed to raising attainment, aspiration and self-esteem of pupils whilst responding to their individual needs
- Able to contribute to, and work, as part of a team
- You will work closely with the class teacher to provide a safe environment and engaging lesson

Non-negotiables:

- Holds a Level 2/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, Etc.) or relevant experience within the last 3 months + supporting children in either an education, social care, nursery, community/youth role, college/university placement or any volunteer roles
- Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
- Two suitable references covering the last 2 years
- Be able to display excellent verbal communication as well as the ability to actively listen.
