**Job description**

Supporting and driving forward the Lettings Team by delivering excellent customer service to promote and enhance the reputation of Brannen & Partners. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to think outside the box when negotiating with clients/customers and be driven - determined to go the extra mile to close the deal.

1. Attend daily team operational meeting to review business and plan objectives for day.

2. Obtain viewing feedback before 11am each day and pass this on to landlords.

3. Deal with new business leads every morning.

4. Register clients/applicants and property requirements.

5. Book valuations, viewings and deal with general office administration duties.

6. Liaise and negotiate on behalf of landlords and tenants.

7. Liaise with employment and financial referencing companies.

8. Liaise with internal departments to ensure the lettings process runs smoothly.

9. Put forward suggestions, ideas and recommendations for improvements from viewing feedback.
