Case Checker

Our Client, a well establish mortgage group are looking for two new Case Chekers to join their expanding team.

The purpose of the role is to support the Quality Assurance Case Checking Manager to ensure that all Advisers receive an appropriate number of case checks each quarter.

Responsibilities include:

- Understand the Group’s commitment to achieving fair outcomes for customers and seek to achieve this in all dealings with customers.
- To ensurethat all cases are checked in line with business requirements.
- Toliaise with other Business Areas to ensure a correct decision is reached.
- To ensure that accurate records are maintained.
- Actively engage in Weekly ConferenceCalls and Team Meetings.
- Take personal responsibility for continuing professional development and approach all scheduled training ina positive manner.

This role is imperative to ensure the correct advice is being given to customer and guidlines are being followed.
