Nursery Assistant

**Kiddisafe Nursery** is well established within the community and has been operating since 2007. The nursery is ideally situated in Leicester City not far from the general hospital. We are looking at recruiting qualified Level 3 nursery teachers to join our friendly professional team.
- **Working hours between: Mon-Fri 1pm-6pm**:
**Job Role**:
- To effectively deliver the EYFS ensuring that the individual needs and interest of children in the setting.
- To keep records of your key children’s development and online learning journeys and share with parents, carers.
- Support all staff and engage in a good team work
- To develop and maintain strong partnerships and communication with parents/carers.
- To ensure the provision of a high-quality environment to meet the needs of individual children.
**Skills and Experience**
- A warm, caring, and patience nature
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work with young children and their families in a sensitive and positive way
- A sense of responsibility
- An interest in child development
- The ability to work in a team
- Commitment to lifelong learning and skill building
**Essential**:
- Minimum 1 year experience working in Early Years
- Experienced and knowledgeable in EYFS
- NVQ Level 3 and above
- Able to promote positive behaviour in a nurturing environment is essential
