- **Minimum of £736 per week / £38,292 per year **(calculation based on £12 per hour, 30% shift allowance and weekly bonus)
- ** Additional pay **for Sunday & Friday nights
- **Annual bonus of up to £1,000** paid out twice per year
- **£500 joining bonus** payable after successful probation


**Shift details**:44 hours per week, 4 nights **(between Sunday and Friday, 6pm - 6am)

Our multi-skilled roles will provide you with exciting challenges and opportunities within Manufacturing. You will provide excellent support to the Production Team. You could be allocated to work in various factories across our state-of-the-art Production facility.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Skilled machine operation
- Forklift duties
- Machine plant cleaning
- General operative tasks
- Cover various production roles as needed

**About The Role**

All roles will include the following key responsibilities:

- Understand production plan.
- Achieve production targets and achieve efficient cycle times.
- Using Tobermore Tablet to complete daily check/snag/ batching sheets accurately.
- Carry out all required cleaning duties at the end of the shift.
- Carry out tasks as required and deemed within your competence by your Manager

**Required Criteria**
- Interest in working within a manufacturing / Production environment
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Great communication skills.
- Good interpersonal Skills.
- Ambitious and keen to succeed and progress.
- Team player.
- Positive outlook.
- IT literate
- Very well organised person.

**Desired Criteria**
- 5 GCSE’s including English & Maths A - C.
- Previous work-related qualifications within a Manufacturing setting
- Working experience of Machinery / Manufacturing Industry
- Working experience in Production / Industrial setting
- Experience of Use of Machinery Controls
- Forklift Experience
- Production related administration experience such as check sheets/ computer or Ipad.Full and clean driving licence
