**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies on various platforms and utilising Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo and Workday.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HRIS systems like Employment Hero.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Support employee engagement initiatives through social media management and internal communications.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and document management.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organisational goals.
- Stay updated on employment legislation and best practices to ensure compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven 2yrs + experience in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft or Workday is advantageous.
- Experience with ATS platforms is desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,400.00-£26,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
