" Managing and building relationships with our active client base and their key contacts. " Developing your own new business with a focus on quality over quantity. " Regularly visiting clients to generate business and maintain relationships. 2. Relationship Building: The job involves managing and building relationships with clients and their key contacts. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are crucial for this role. 5. Administrative Skills: Dealing with payroll for temporary workers and invoicing clients require good administrative and organizational skills. 7. IT Literacy: The job may involve using various software and tools for recruitment and administrative tasks, so being IT literate is important.
