**Location**: Northumberland

**Duration**: Immediate start

**Hours**: Full time
- Monday to Friday

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide essential administrative support to school staff and management.
- Manage student records, including enrolment, attendance, and academic documentation.
- Assist in the coordination of school events, meetings, and appointments.
- Deliver professional and timely responses to inquiries from students, parents, and staff.
- Maintain stock levels of office supplies and manage equipment inventory.
- Execute clerical duties such as typing, filing, and accurate data entry.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Discretion and capability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

**Schedule**:
Flexibility may be required to accommodate occasional school events or meetings.
