Together, we’re seeking compassionate and skilled **Children’s Support Workers** to join a team dedicated to making a real difference in young lives.

**About the Role**

You’ll be working in a small, welcoming children’s home providing accommodation and tailored support for Looked-After Children aged 10-18 with autism and associated needs. This therapeutic home environment is designed to help young people thrive and overcome challenges, with a focus on safety, consistency, and forming positive attachments.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Working a minimum of 35 hours per week on a rota basis, including weekends
- Building meaningful relationships with young people to promote stability and trust.
- Supporting their emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs in line with a therapeutic care framework.

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re seeking individuals with:

- **Experience**: A background in supporting children, young people, and families, particularly those with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
- **Qualifications**: Ideally, a Diploma Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce or similar therapeutic qualifications (or working towards it).
- **Knowledge**: An understanding of child care legislation and best practices within children’s social care.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with young people and other professionals.
- **Dedication**: A passion for providing safe and nurturing environments that empower young people to succeed.
