We are Tritility, a multi award winning, growing commercial energy consultancy based in the Northeast. Working with the UK’s leading energy suppliers, we help businesses to save money on their utilities and reduce their environmental impact. **About the role**:
Our coaching team play a crucial role in ensuring our consultants have the knowledge, skills and resources they need to excel in their roles and drive growth.

As an on-site role, you will have the opportunity to evaluate and create training materials, provide group coaching and onboarding, and deliver personalized 1-2-1 coaching to our consultants ensuring they offer a first-class service to our suppliers and customers.

Reporting to our sales director, you will:

- Onboard new employees working closely with our HR and Recruitment department.
- Effectively plan 1-2-1 and group coaching sessions, identifying individual and team training needs, utilising tools and resources to deliver using effective coaching methods driving commercial performance.
- Provide feedback and guidance based on call listening observations to maintain compliance.
- Evaluate existing training materials, identifying gaps, and creating new interactive content including presentations and role plays to ensure our consultants are equipped to best support our customers.
- Analyse data to optimize performance reporting to our sales director.
- Keep abreast of developments within the energy market and communicate effectively to ensure changes are embedded.

Our standard working hours are Monday to Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm, and Friday: 9:00am-3:00pm with no evenings, no weekends, and an early finish every Friday.

**What you’ll bring**:
You’ll be someone who has:

- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role with a strong background of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Regulatory and industry awareness.
- A professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to motivate, engage and influence others.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in using all Microsoft Office products.
