**Job Title**: Trust Lead Practitioner of Mathematics
**Location**: Home-based with regular travel to Schools within the trust and occasional travel to our Head Office
**Salary**: c£68,000 per annum
**Start Date**: ASAP
**Contract Type**: Permanent
**Working Pattern**: Full time, 52 weeks per year
**About You**:
- A qualified teacher with a degree in Mathematics and a strong track record of successful teaching across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
- An experienced leader in mathematics education, with a deep understanding of curriculum design, mastery approaches, and effective teaching strategies.
- Skilled in mentoring and coaching others, with the ability to inspire and develop teachers at all career stages.
- Confident in using data to inform decisions, close attainment gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
- A strategic thinker with high expectations of self and others, committed to promoting equity, ambition, and opportunity for every learner.
- A collaborative professional with excellent interpersonal skills, resilience, and a passion for helping others succeed.
