**Do you want to contribute to the important work of our crime solicitors?**

Watson Woodhouse are looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Crime Secretary that will join our dynamic team. As a Crime Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting our solicitors in their criminal cases, legal proceedings, additionally you will be required to provide regular reception cover.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the management of case files, including organising and maintaining documentation, evidence, and relevant records.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and court hearing for our Solicitors.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain communication with relevant parties.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain data integrity.
- Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, and handling incoming/ outgoing correspondence whilst maintaining electronic filing systems.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a secretary or an administrative assistant in a legal setting is preferred.
- Strong orgnasational skills and a keen eye for details as you will manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to interact with diverse individuals.
- Knowledge of legal terminology. Procedures and confidentiality requirements would be advantageous.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
