**Mechanical Design Engineer, CAD, SolidWorks**
A Mechanical Design Engineer is urgently required to join a leading LED manufacturer based just outside of Leicester. The Mechanical Design Engineer will work with a range of CAD tools such as 3D CAD and Solidworks and complete engineering calculations aswell as testing and prototyping.
**The Role**
As the Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for solving technical problems, designing system components, building proof of principle models, developing detailed CAD models, and working closely with the shop floor to improve manufacturing processes.
