Yard Administrator

**We are hiring an experienced Yard Administrator to join our clients ever increasing workforce in Newbury town centre. This is a full-time permanent position with the opportunity for an immediate start.**
**Shift Available**:
- 08:30am -17:00pm
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week
**Pay Rate**:
- £22,000 (DOE)
**Responsibilities**:
- Liaising with PA, Yard Managers and Line Supervisors.
- Driving to and from our 3 sites to gather data from each of our processing lines.
- Daily and weekly production line reporting to assist the PA with the line costings.
- Scanning report data retrieval for the Contracts Department.
- Monitoring that jobs are processed, and outturns are delivered in a timely manner.
- Organise day-to-day administrative duties gathering information.
- Assist with daily office operations and ad hoc tasks as required.
- Assist the PA with transferring our manual reporting system to a new computerised reporting system.
**Requirements**:
- GCSE Maths and English minimum.
- 1 year minimum experience in an office environment.
- Good working knowledge of the MS Office.
- Experience with data entry, retrieval, and manipulation, accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
- Displaying effective communication both orally and in writing.
- Must have the ability to multitask, working on your own initiative with mínimal supervision and having a conscientious and thorough approach to work.
- Ability to successfully prioritise, manage time and resources, displaying effective organisational skills.
