Accounts Assistant

Accounts Assistant required for a permanent hybrid opportunity in Stratford Upon Avon.
**Client Details**
My client is a leading business based in Stratford Upon Avon.
**Description**
- Creating delivery notes and purchase orders in SAP
- Creating Expenses in SAP
- Managing the Account Payable weekly proposals.
- Maintaining a digital record of all financial transactions, documents, and supplier information.
- Coordinating daily financial tasks with the financial management team to optimise workflow.
- Bank Reconciliations from Account Payable point of view.
- Proactive communication with GL department to ensure that AP ledger is correctly done.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Filing of official and legal company documentation.
- Continuous collaboration in other duties assigned by superior.
