**What you will be doing**
You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with learning disabilities. Whether you have experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker, you will use your knowledge and skills to help support people leada valued and fulfilled life.
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn't do last week because of you.
You will have access to the Elysium Wellbeing team, which is on hand to keep you feeling great; be it a chat, massage or group activities. Who doesn't like a free massage at work?

The shift patterns include working 7.5 hours a day, 4-5 days a week between the hours of 7:00am and 10:00pm.**Where you will be working**
**Location**: 1a Upper Brighton Road, Surbiton, Surrey, KT6 6LQ
You will be working at 1a Upper Brighton Road, a learning disability and autism service which provides support for people who may be living with moderate learning disabilities with associated health needs, autism and behaviours.
People may come to 1a Upper Brighton Road as part of their care pathway, either moving from their community placement or the family home because they require more structured care and support.
You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to help deliver care to service users and supporting them to achieve personalised outcomes and develop constructive ways of communicating through new skills and behaviours.
