**Elsie's Help At Home** are looking for kind, caring and reliable Home Helpers to support our elderly clients living in **Brentwood, Essex.**

Our clients live in their own home and are looking for reliable workers to join their team.

We pride ourselves on supporting people to live their lives the way they choose. Our clients need valued Home Helpers to visit throughout the day to assist with personal care, preparing meals, light domestic tasks, meal preparation companionship and support to access the community.

You will receive an hourly rate of £11.50 - £12, plus paid mileage **AND** paid travel time between visits. We require cover through the week and weekends. We operate between the hours of 7am and 10pm each day. Start and finish times are flexible to fit in with your schedule.

About Elsie's Help At Home:
Our team is friendly, caring and person centered. We provide a tailored approach to help at home and offer our employees a supportive and enjoyable company to be part of.

We offer an induction programme to all of our employees and full support to get to know and build relationships with our families. We require you to have a kind caring nature and the ability to build relationships and support people with personal care, light cleaning, accessing the community, companionship and meals.

**About you**:

- **You will have a UK Driving License and your own car (essential due to the geographical locations of our families)**:

- **Live local to Brentwood (essential)**:

- **Be eligible to work in the UK (essential)**:

- **Be available to work alternate weekends (essential)**:

- **No experience required, but a caring nature is essential**

Work is currently available for days, evenings and weekends. Our minimum visit duration is 1 hour. We operate generally between 7 am and 10 pm Monday-Sunday.
