The business was set up in 2010, specialising in Financial Service. Lending, Protection & General Insurance; offering a holistic approach to their customers.

The business is directly authorised, has a strong panel of insurers and great plans for 2025. They are looking for a new protection advisor to join their small team, someone who is self-motivated, professional that does not require man management. Daily/Weekly meetings will take place & support is always available.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Generate suitability reports for newly onboarded clients.
- Contact clients to complete welcome call, portal activation & anniversary calls.
- Assisting with inbound calls to customer service.
- Contacting providers where required.
- Administration duties (inbound post

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Always delivering the highest level of customer service.
- Ensuring all action and communication is clearly noted on the system.
- Managing your time effectively is key.
- Ensuring that FCA and internal regulatory standards for advice provision are met.

**What they’re looking for**:

- 2 years’ experience in Financial Services.
- A great communicator with a professional telephone manner.
- A highly motivated individual with a drive to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
- The ability to build great rapport with clients through a consultative approach.

**What they’ll do for you**:

- Provide full training and support for the role to ensure you have the knowledge and tools to achieve.
- Ensure you are kept up to date with any product or regulatory changes.
- Continue to develop your skills.
- Invest in you to help further your career in the sector (CII qualifications, CMAP etc).

**Working Hours**:
Monday - Thursday 09:30 - 18:30

Friday 09:30 - 15:00
