We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our enthusiastic and passionate team at James St. Restaurant.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the Manager and lead the Front of House team within the restaurant, with an ability to train and develop a team. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of customer service.

You are confident in handling calls, recording bookings, and dealing with requests and have a good understanding of cash handling and stock control procedures. Training will be provided using our systems and procedures in place.

You will need to have excellent organisational, communication and outstanding customer service skills and a passion for creating a memorable customer experience to ensure the highest standards are consistently achieved. Also, you will need to be a team player, with a positive attitude to work.

A minimum of at least two year's previous Restaurant Supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.

**Salary**: Minimum £11.50 per hour (depending on previous experience)

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Belfast: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 2 years as a Restaurant Supervisor

Work Location: In person

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week
