**About Us**:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, dynamic team supporting staff and officer recruitment across both Norfolk and Suffolk Constabularies. As a Recruitment Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in a fast-paced, people-focused environment where no two days are the same.

You’ll work across multiple departments, and across both Norfolk and Suffolk Constabularies, helping to deliver a seamless recruitment experience from start to finish. From responding to applicants and coordinating interviews to supporting assessment centres and processing pre-employment checks, your work will directly impact the future of our police forces.

**About You**:
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and brings a positive, can-do attitude. While recruitment experience is a plus, what really matters is your ability to deliver excellent customer service, juggle multiple tasks, and stay organised under pressure.

**You’ll need to have**:

- Proven and effective administrative skills
- A firm understanding of confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Confidence using ICT systems including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Great time management and the ability to prioritise
- Experience taking ownership of tasks and delivering results
- The ability to travel to recruitment events as needed

**It would be great if you also have**:

- Experience in HR, recruitment, or a shared service function
- Knowledge of the police service
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience

In addition to the essential and desirable criteria, experience of using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) would be advantageous.

Pay: £26,106.00-£29,109.00 per year
