Night Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Nightshift Shutdown Supervisor to join our team at the Sembcorp site in Wilton. This role is critical in ensuring safe and efficient plant shutdowns during night operations.

Working times: 6pm - 7am

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate nighttime shutdown procedures
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations
- Manage a team of technicians and operators during shutdown activities
- Liaise with day shift personnel to ensure smooth handovers
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during shutdowns
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience and background in ideally Mechanical or Piping
- Proven supervisory experience in shutdown or turnaround activities
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work night shifts and in high-pressure situations
- NVQ Level 3 in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience
- CCNSG Safety Passport
