An award winning, busy and successful multi-disciplinary construction consultancy based in Central London are looking for a Principal Designer / Senior CDM Consultant to work on a diverse range of projects amongst a variety of sectors but mainly focusedaround business and industrial.

This new exciting challenge would suit somebody already within a CDM consultancy focused role that is looking to step into a larger company that have room for promotional opportunities that may not be offered at their current place or work.

You will have the ability to undertake the duties of the Principal Designer, carrying out day to day CDM advisory services.

**The role of the Principal Designer / Senior CDM Consultant**
- Reviewing construction phase plans
- Putting together pre construction information
- Issuing F10 notifications
- Provide guidance to designers and contractors to carry out their duties
- Attending design team meetings advising client, architects and contractors on CDM2015 compliance

**The Successful Principal Designer / Senior CDM Consultant**:
The skills required by the successful Principal Designer / Senior CDM Consultant:

- NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
- Ideally working towards or have achieved their Diploma level 6
- Hold professional membership with IOSH and ideally the APS.
- At least 3 years working in a CDM and consultancy environment.
- Excellent planning, organisational, training, team work and presentation skills.
