**Customer Liaison Representative - Uniform measurer and installer**

**Field-based with regular travel to UK-wide customers and the occasional travel to our Banbury site**

**£23,000 per annum, **plus a Company van**

**About the Job**

As the first operational person to meet the customers face to face, the key purpose of this role is to support them with the selection of their workwear products, ensuring there is a complete understanding of their requirements.

Reporting to the Central Stores Manager, key responsibilities will include:

- Managing measuring exercises at customers’ premises, providing accurate measurements and obtaining wearers signatures;
- Ensuring quality and availability of suitable sizing sets to meet the customers’ requirements;
- Supporting uniform installations, inclusive of but not exclusively, locating lockers, garment put away and obtaining customer sign off;
- Responding quickly and working effectively to resolve customer issues, escalating when appropriate to resolve.

The working pattern is Monday to Friday 7.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.

Full training will be provided.
