**Job Description**:
K4 Security Group Services is seeking a dedicated and vigilant **Mobile Response & VPI Officer** to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves responding to security incidents and conducting regular inspections of vacant properties, ensuring they remain secure and free from unauthorized access.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Mobile Patrols**: Conduct regular mobile patrols across designated sites, responding promptly to alarm activations and incidents.
- **Vacant Property Inspections (VPI)**: Perform routine inspections of vacant properties, checking for signs of tampering, break-ins, or vandalism. Ensure properties are secure and report any anomalies.
- **Incident Response**: Respond swiftly to emergency calls and incidents, providing on-the-ground support and liaising with emergency services if necessary.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patrols, inspections, and any incidents encountered. Provide timely reports to management and clients.
- **Customer Service**: Engage professionally with clients and members of the public, maintaining the highest standards of courtesy and respect.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements, including health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- **SIA License: Not Required for VPI Role**:

- **Driving License**: A full UK driving license is essential.
- **Own Vehicle**: Must have access to a reliable vehicle for mobile patrol duties.
- **Availability**: Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in security or property management is desirable but not necessary, as full training will be provided.
