Production Process Engineer

As the **Production Process Engineer** you will be responsible for the implementation of production processes and procedures, with a focus on leading all aspects of manufacturing to reduce waste, improve quality and safety, and reduce operatingcosts. Working closely with Engineering to strive for manufacturing best practice and design for manufacture.
- Generating and maintaining standard operating procedures in order to standardise work methods, conduct time and motion studies, design jigs and fixtures
- Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure all BOM requirements are taken into account from product conception to the finished result

To be successful in this role of **Production Process Engineer** we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

- Minimum HNC / HND or equivalent in a mechanical, engineering or manufacturing discipline
- Experience of improving manufacturing processes
- Demonstrates good understanding of engineering, scientific and other technical information
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach
- A willingness to keep up with current and developing engineering trends and to champion them
- Experience in training operators
