We are looking for an experienced Telesales executive to work as part of our hospitality team based at our Head Office in Mildenhall IP28 7AS.

This is a fully office based role due to PCI compliance when taking payments.

**Duties**
Main Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Making contact with, developing and maintaining long lasting relationships with our existing client base.
- Upselling new products and increasing customer spend per venue.
- Preparing quotations.
- Keeping up to date records.
- Sourcing samples for customers.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in Telesales.

**Essential Skills**:
Excellent communication &
negotiation skills.
Strong organisational ability.
Attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
A friendly manner with the ability to make
connections.
Enthusiastic, confident and willing to learn.
Honest, reliable and hard working.
A positive attitude and proactive
approach.

**Desirable Skills**:
Experience using HubSpot (CRM), or similar platform.
Experience in Microsoft Excel.
