**Service Delivery Manager - Altrincham - £45,000**

**Role: Service Delivery Manager**
**Area: Altrincham, Cheshire**
**Salary: £40,000-£45,000**
One of my best clients (who had a 2.1 billion turnover last year) are on the hunt for a Service Delivery Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be part of a modern, forward-thinking company who pride themselves on investing in their staffand progressing people through the company.
As the Service Delivery Manager you will be directly managing a team of 4 support engineers who are located globally and managing the workload from the service desk
- ensuring that tickets are escalated etc.
We are looking for somebody who can grow their new service desk product (Freshworks) so having experience using Freshworks or Freshdesk will be highly beneficial

**Role**:

- Management and growth of Freshdesk system
- Manage 4 support desk engineers who are located globally
- Manage the service desk work load ensuring all issues are escalated appropriately

**Requirements**:

- Previous Service Desk Management
- ITIL Qualification or ITIL knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
