**Technical Architect - HYBRID**

We are working with a brand new customer who are a household name in the UK.

**Role Purpose
- Provide Technical authority on D365 implementations and programming on various projects whilst helping to develop the technical teams skillset.Act as an interface to integrate and optimise communication between different systems and software._
- This will be a highly demanding job requiring engagement across the entire business from business system users through to the senior management team._

**Key Responsibilities
- Pairing with Solution Architect to ensure that the best solution can be presented to the customer
- Pull the right technical & development team together for the delivery of the project
- Responsible for writing technical strategy documents
- Keeping key stakeholders informed on project or delivery progress
- Inspire the team to achieve more and play a role model
- Manages and/or contributes to proposal development
- Mentoring, guiding & motivating team members so they can achieve their full potential
- Manage conflict
- Time management
- Managing or setting the right structures to manage onshore/offshore dev teams
- Suggestions for areas of improvement
- Establish an effective direct relationship with senior stakeholders
- Ensure the full benefits of the Dynamics 365 are being realised.

**Person Specification
**Qualifications and Experience **
- Strong technical knowledge of FO D365 and CE and related Microsoft technologies
- Experience in full development lifecycle
- Experience in Application Lifecycle Management
- Commercially aware
