Shift Pattern: Rotational

Likewize’s BBTI division focuses on efficiently processing pre-owned Mobile Phones, tablets, wearables and computers. The role supports our commitment to sustainability and resource optimization by handling electronics and related products through our reverse logistics operations.

Primary Responsibilities- Receive & Inspect Returns: Unload, inspect, and log incoming trade-in and buy-back products—checking for damage, defects, and verifying documentation or serial numbers.- Process & Sort Items: Tag and categorize items based on status—ready for testing, repair, or recycling/resale routes.- Device testing & Grading: Testing and grading devices using our mobile diagnostic tools and inspection system, preparing handsets to be tested through our state-of-the-art automated device testing system.- Data Entry & Tracking: Accurately update warehouse management systems or asset-tracking tools with stock movements, item conditions, serial numbers, and refurbishment status.- Picking & Order Fulfillment: Retrieve and prepare items for refurbishment teams, redistribution sales channels, or outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.- Quality Control Support: Aid quality checks—identify defective units and flag for further assessment or repair.- Stock Management: Collect, sort and locate inventory into their defined storage locations. Completing stock transfers in line with business requirements.- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe—ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols and proper handling of electronic accessories.- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with refurbishment, testing, logistics, and quality assurance teams to streamline stock flows and operational handovers.- Compliance & Procedures: Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and environmental best practices for electronics handling and e-waste disposal.- Data Protection: Respect the value of information by following Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures

Requirements- Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or returns/refurbishment environments; familiarity with electronic goods is a plus.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock, documentation, and data entry.- Proficient with warehouse systems or basic IT tools (e.g., handheld scanners, stock software, Excel).- Physically fit—able to lift, move items, stand, and operate equipment safely.- Knowledge of health and safety standards; capable of following lifting protocols, using PPE, and working in compliance with environmental guidelines.- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented, with the ability to multitask under fast-paced scenarios.- Strong communication skills for effective inter-departmental liaison.

Successful applicants must be available to attend an assessment centre on Thursday 11th or 18th September 2025.
