The **Tech Specialist of Architecture** will help define the future state of CME's award winning Globex platform and supporting systems. The Tech Specialist will work with a number of teams across market data, regulatory, trade processing, order entry, matching and others, bringing a common vision and technical approach to all teams.
- Its a great opportunity to learn about all aspects of operating an exchange while helping us in our migration to the cloud.
Principal Accountabilities:

- Demonstrates expertise in design and analysis patterns; Identifies best practices, and promotes standards and best practices across development teams.
- Develops designs for all aspects of a system as well as mentors leads in design process.
- Exhibits expert SQL knowledge, Proficient in database modeling and expert in database tuning.
- Optimizes solution intricacies; Ensures best practices are followed; Reviews environment build deployments, release notes and build notices.
