Job Title: Design Estimator - Plumbing & Heating Services

Remuneration: £25,000 - £40,000 + 15% Bonus

The role of the Design Estimator - Plumbing & Heating Services will involve:

- Design estimator role, managing and supporting the production of commercial and domestic designs, quotations and estimates for a range of hot and cold water systems, heating systems, pre insulated pipes and underfloor heating systems
- Taking building plans and using internal software to measure up and provide estimates for the project
- Producing bills of materials, trying to upsell and incorporate as many of our clients products
- Working closely with the technical team and offering technical support to all stake holders internally and externally
- Assisting in developing and improving design and estimating tools / processes
- Keeping CRM system update with accurate date for current projects

The ideal applicant will be a Design Estimator - Plumbing & Heating Services with:

- Must be from the building services industry, ideally with knowledge of commercial plumbing and heating products such as pipes & fittings, heat interface units, underfloor heating, pre-insulated pipework, building services etc
- Ideally will have estimating / design experience with a pipe manufacturer / plumbing and heating systems / HVAC products
- Ideally will be familiar with the following software; AutoCAD, Naviswork and Sales Force
- Must have good technical knowledge and understand technical drawings
- Computer literate, able to create journey plan, comfortable using CRM system
