We are seeking an experienced, passionate and creative Wine Waiters and Sommeliers to join our team at The Lost Estate.

We are looking for an individuals with **experience in the high-end restaurant sector**. You will be passionate about hospitality and believe in our mission of bringing TLE’s immersive experiences to the widest audience possible.

**Working Hours**:Fixed Term Contract (inc. Both Fixed Hours and Zero Hours Available)

**Employment Duration**:This is a fixed-term position aligned with the duration of our show The Great Christmas Feast. Training will commence on the 21st October 2024 and the role will run until early January 2025.

As a waiter waiter or sommelier, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of TLE’s guest experience, helping to ensure that the service runs smoothly and efficiently. This will include serving our wine pairings, making wine suggestions and pouring using a coravin.

This role requires a minimum of WSET Level 2 in Wine qualification.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: £15.50-£17.50 per hour
