We’re recruiting an exceptional Stylist/Colourist to join the team of cut, colour and styling experts at our welcoming, boutique Aveda Salon in the heart of Blackheath.
Our unique business model combines the art of hairdressing, the environment and guest well-being, has powered our business and many top-earning salon professionals since 2003
To succeed you’ll need:
- first-rate consultation, communication and technical skills.
- an uncompromising commitment to exceptional service, every guest every visit.
- the ability to manage a busy cut, style and colour schedule.
- a positive approach to sustainability and well-being.
In return we’re offering:
- At least £30k per annum, £40k plus for high performers.
- A cash-based gratuity system.
- 28 days holiday per annum, (paid at the rate of actual earnings).
