An exciting opportunity has arisen in our sales and recruitment department, and we are looking for a talented, experienced **360 Recruitment Consultant** to join our friendly team at **Frontline Sales Consultancy**.

**Role Description**:
As a 360-recruitment consultant at Frontline Sales Consultancy, you're the vital link between our services and staff Team. The role is exciting and diverse. It involves:

- Understand the clients’ staffing needs to provide tailored recruitment solutions in both Temporary staffing and domiciliary care.
- Securing placements and shifts within the private care sector.
- Collaborate with management to create compelling job descriptions and advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new staff and Clients.
- Manage, develop, and grow a recruitment desk (temporary staffing/ domiciliary care focused)
- Work towards KPIs

**Person Specification / Experience**:

- Recruitment Consultant Experience: 1 year (required)
- Knowledge of the Health Care sector (preferred)

**Salary**: £21,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
