First Line Support for Systmone

We are a clinically led organisation of over one hundred people, including GPs, nurses, clinical pharmacists, local and national content developers, account managers, product specialists and support teams.
**What We're Looking For**:
- IT literacy and proficiency with SystmOne: Previous experience with SystmOne and working in a GP practice is essential for success in this role. Your knowledge of SystmOne will enable you to provide the necessary support to our valued customers.
- Strong communication skills: A confident telephone manner, along with excellent written communication skills, will be crucial in effectively assisting customers and conveying technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Administrative competence: Your ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently will contribute to the seamless operation of our support team.
Full training will be provided to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills, plus there’s opportunities for career progression in the longer term.
This is a full-time role, based at our office in Downton, Wiltshire with the flexibility of some working from home.
In addition to your salary, you’ll receive your birthday off, a generous annual leave allowance and Simply Health membership. Throughout the year you’ll be able to join in with a variety of team events from summer garden parties to full team away days in the Cotswolds.
**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
