**Junior Underwriter - Bridging Finance**:
**Location**:Nothwest London (First 2 months office-based, then remote working)

Are you an ambitious graduate or junior professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for property finance? This is your chance to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing bridging lenders, offering exceptional training, exposure to real deals, and a clear path to progression.

Due to continued expansion, we’re looking for a Junior Underwriter with 1-2 years’ experience, or a graduate with relevant qualifications and some commercial exposure, who is eager to build a long-term career in short-term property lending.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Conduct due diligence on borrowers, properties, and credit risk
- Liaise with brokers, solicitors, valuers, and internal teams throughout the underwriting process
- Support senior underwriters in managing live deals and progressing cases through to completion
- Help identify potential risks and ensure all deals meet compliance and lending criteria
- Gain exposure to the full loan lifecycle with increasing responsibility as you develop

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1-2 years’ underwriting experience
- OR graduates with a degree in Finance, Real Estate, Law, or a related discipline and some commercial underwriting work experience
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with external stakeholders
- Ambition to learn and grow in a high-performing, fast-paced environment
- A genuine interest in property finance, credit, and structured lending
